AFTER

Dad was so happy C-Man's long haired hippy do was all over the barber shop floor! Aparently he has forgotten about his choice of hair length in his younger years (circa late 70's early 80's-you get the mental picture), maybe it's time to pull some of those pictures out of the archives, hummm can you say blackmail!

Take me out to the ballgame...

We took the big kids to Little League Day at Chase Field.

Hoping a Major Leaguer would come sign some autographs. Got one from Max Scherzer, a pitcher but that was all, better luck next time!

After the kids ran the bases at the end of the game (everyone can do that after all Sunday home games) they got to go in the D-Backs dugout (not everyone can do that!), guess it pays to know people in high places!!

5th Grade Dance

The kids school has an artist in residence program where an artist comes into the school and teaches the kids his or her "craft." The 5th grade has a dance instructor come in and teach each class a different dance which they then perform for the school. K's class did a 50's jitterbug and she had a blast!

K & the gals

We are still here. I know I have been a bad blogger but sometimes life with all these kids just seems to race out of control with no extra time to upload those pictures from the camera. I have updated the blog with some "older" pictures and have a few recent things I am working on so keep checking back for even more updates and I promise I will really try to not stay away for so long!!!

Science Fair

It's that time of year again, SCIENCE FAIR. K had to do a science project and C had to make an invention. After a slow start they both did a great job and I think they even had fun and learned something in the process!

K's project was how temperature affects the speed of a chemical reaction.

C's "invention" was his own special formula of lip balm to help with his always chapped lips. He then had to "sell" his product to students & parents at the science fair. I think he may have a future in politics or at least a very convincing used car salesman!

Easter Sunday

What a great afternoon with our family!

Lazy Day

Easter weekend was truly a lazy weekend for us which in our extremely busy life was a welcome change. After a trip to the park for the neighborhood block party the kids & Daddu tried out the pool, which was way to cold for Mom! Maybe I'll venture in oh maybe JULY!!

Easter Eggs

The little boys had a blast coloring easter eggs this year although they haven't quite mastered the art of "gently" placing the egg in the dye, thus the newspaper. Oh well, what's a little mess when you are having so much fun. K & C were great with the little ones, very patient and helpful.

Hard Rock

K had her last meet of the season and after a very "challenging" season finished a fabulous second place all around. We took the entire crew to the meet which reminded us why we usually get a babysitter for K's meets...needless to say gymnastics does not bring out the best in our boys!!

Nanny & P cheering K on! OK I know he is bored to pieces!!!
