Swimming
The boys are finally old enough to go to swim lessons without Mommy & Grandma joining them in the pool. P could care less that Mom is not in the pool, he just wants to swim. D wants Mommy to come swimming too, but after the first 5 minutes of class has a huge smile on his face and Mommy & Grandma are ecstatic they no longer have to put on a bathing suit once a week.

Happy New Year
Well, if you are checking out our blog for the first time via our New Year's cards then welcome and if you are a repeat customer then we're glad your back, there's lots of new pictures to see! To all of you who were expecting the usual Little family update in our Christmas card well, this year I just ran out of steam (and time) so here's our blog for you to enjoy. Trying to be Super Mom this holiday season just didn't work out according to plan (you know the plan where your cards are mailed the day after Thanksgiving and your shopping is done by December 1st) but there is always next year.
Everyone is doing great and we are constantly on the go and having lots of fun. Okay so maybe balancing the schedules and personalities of four kids isn't always fun but it is always exciting and we wouldn't trade it for anything! For you new comers I try to update the blog about once a month, sometimes more, sometimes less depending on what's going on so save us to your favorites and check back throughout the year to see what's up in our crazy life.

Baseball Tournament
As soon as we wrapped up Christmas we were off and running for the Winter Nationals baseball tournament with C. Five days of baseball and we were all exhausted but had a great time. A huge thanks to Kim's mom for watching the little guys so we were able to watch (and enjoy) C's games. The team came in 4th.

Christmas Morning

Grandma came over in the early morning hours to open presents with us. Doesn't she look beautiful!

More Christmas
We got together with Kim's side of the family before Christmas.
The kids all went bowling with Aunt & Cousin in the afternoon and we all gathered together for dinner in the evening. We all had a great time & Danielle did a fantastic job of putting it all together.
Mary, Amanda & the latest addition to our big, crazy family, Alex Christopher who arrived 5 weeks sooner than expected but both mom & baby are doing great and we are so excited to have a new baby in the family.

Gingerbread House
Nanny brought all the goodies to decorate gingerbread houses. The kids had so much fun. Anything with Nanny is always fun!
C-Man & D. Notice all the green on D's house, this is his new favorite color. We often hear him say "me wuv geen" or "geen is my FAVORITE color!" He refused to put anything on his gingerbread house that was not green.

Grand Canyon
After the Polar Express we decided to head further north to the Grand Canyon on the little boy's 3rd birthday. Mom was a bit nervous with not one but two three year olds at the top of the canyon but as long as P was on the "leash" all was great. They got to see a little snow and we attempted to get a family picture, but once again the sun got the best of us and this picture is a photo shop masterpiece (someone's head came from another photo, oh so tricky).
