OK a little background on our love for KK doughnuts...we used to have a KK doughnut shop not far from our house so we all grew to LOVE (that is love, love, love) Sunday morning doughnuts. Unfortunately (well, fortunately for our waistlines) they closed down all KK doughnut shops in the state a few years back so we were forced to quit our Original Glazed habit cold turkey. Lucky for us they reopened one shop, BUT (there is always a catch) it is really, really far away.
So Daddy was across town for work (and I mean way across town) and he made a special stop just for a special birthday surprise. Which means we love our Daddy even more than we love Krispy Kreme Original Glazed Doughnuts (and that's a whole bunch).
