After the Polar Express we decided to head further north to the Grand Canyon on the little boy's 3rd birthday. Mom was a bit nervous with not one but two three year olds at the top of the canyon but as long as P was on the "leash" all was great. They got to see a little snow and we attempted to get a family picture, but once again the sun got the best of us and this picture is a photo shop masterpiece (someone's head came from another photo, oh so tricky).
Dad & Mr. D
D says, "I'm a big boy now, Poppy!"
Mother & son on his 3rd birthday. My oh my the past 3 years have flown by.
This is how you take a 3 year old to the Grand Canyon, or should I say this is how you take P to the Grand Canyon. Gotta love the kid leash. D's response to his brother on the leash was "my brudder is NOT a dog, take that off him!"...
...or maybe he is a dog
Dillon wasn't so sure about the whole snow thing.
Patrick's first experience with snow. He thought it was pretty cool.
