We finally made the big move from cribs to big boy beds (I know you are all thinking at age 3 it's about time!). It was hard (for me) but we have all made the transition quite well. The boys actually sleep together in the lower bunk and are loving it. They could (and frequently were) climb out of the cribs and both cribs were up against each other so the only thing in between them was a few bars-they passed toys & books back and forth on a regular basis. So their hasn't been much of a change except now there is room for the nightly story teller to actually climb into a comfortable bed to read. The picture below is not their bedroom (haven't gotten any pictures of that yet) but just a picture I found of their bed from the manufacture-so no that is not their comforter and no we are not going with a zebra polka dot theme. The whole bedding thing is still a work in progress (will there ever be enough hours in the day to get everything done?) but with 3 year olds as long as they each have their blankets they could care less if it all matches...if only their mom could be that easy going!!
